The Rixson Center Hung Top Pivot Door Hinge with Long Throw Pivot Pin is earthquake tolerant and ideal for locations where there is a fear of dramatic building settling. It is also used for doors over 8'6" tall. This pivot hinge is non-handed is available in a Satin Nickel finish.
