These Clark’s Tip Surface (Blind) Shutter Hinges are surface-mounted traditional shutter hinges that provide greater mounting options. These hinges turn the functional pintle (or pin) into an attractive feature. They are available with a 1-1/4" or 3-1/4" throw, and are made of raw cast iron.

- No mortise cutting is required and with proper anchors and installation, they can work on brick
